Goods and services
MrDrHamm LLC operates Skibidi Toilet Generator, an online entertainment service that generates humorous AI toilet-character images from photos you upload.
We sell digital generation credits only:
- Starter pack — 5 credits for $1 (one-time)
- Value pack — 100 credits for $10 (one-time)
- Monthly subscription — 150 credits for $10/mo, granted after each successful paid invoice
One generation costs one credit. We do not sell physical goods, shipping, or tangible merchandise.
Refund and dispute policy
Because credits are digital and may be used immediately, purchases are generally final once credits have been granted to your account.
- If a payment succeeded but credits were not delivered within a reasonable time, contact us and we will investigate and restore credits or refund the charge.
- Unused credit-pack purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase have been spent. Email us with your account email and Stripe receipt.
- Subscription renewals: you may request a refund for the most recent renewal within 7 days if none of that cycle's credits have been used.
- Before opening a payment dispute with your bank or Stripe, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your Account page using the Stripe customer portal (Manage billing).
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep any unused credits already on your account.
- Access to credits granted for the current billing period continues until the period ends; we do not automatically prorate mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law or approved as a refund under the policy above.
- One-time credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.
Return policy
We do not sell physical goods, so there is no product return or shipping process. Digital credit issues are handled under the refund and dispute policy above.
Legal and use restrictions
- The service is for entertainment and parody. It is unofficial and not affiliated with any third-party franchise or creator.
- You must own or have permission to use any images you upload. Do not upload content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context, or other prohibited material.
- Generated images are provided as-is for personal, non-commercial fun unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We may refuse service where required by law or our acceptable-use rules.
Promotions
From time to time we may offer signup credits, referral bonuses, or other promotions. Specific terms (eligibility, credit amounts, expiration, and stacking rules) will be stated where the promotion is offered. Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through abuse or fraud.
